What we collect

This policy describes what Colorado Card Pros (a Colorado trade name) collects when you request a quote or browse this site. When you submit the quote form we collect the information you enter: your name, email, phone number if provided, city, a description of your cards, your contact preference, and any photos you attach. Form submissions are processed and stored by Netlify, our hosting provider, and emailed to us.

How we use it

Only to evaluate your cards, send you an offer, and arrange a sale. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing. We keep quote requests for up to two years so we can honor and reference past offers, then delete them.

Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Tag Manager to load Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking. These tools set cookies and collect information such as pages viewed, approximate location, device type, and whether a visit led to a quote request. We use this to understand which pages are useful and to measure advertising. Google's handling of this data is described in Google's privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on or by blocking cookies. We do not currently show a cookie banner. You can block or clear cookies in your browser, or use the Google Analytics opt-out add-on linked above.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete anything you've sent us at any time through the quote form. We'll confirm within a few days.

Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. If you are under 18, please have a parent or guardian contact us.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date above. Material changes will be noted on this page.
