Quotes and offers

A quote is an estimate based on the information and photos you provide and on market prices at the time we send it. It is not a binding offer to purchase. A final offer is made after we inspect the cards in person or on receipt by mail. If the cards match your description, we honor the quoted amount. If they differ in edition, condition, or authenticity, we'll explain the difference and you may decline.

Authenticity and ownership

By selling to us you confirm that you own the cards and have the right to sell them. We verify graded-card certification numbers and reserve the right to decline any card we believe is counterfeit, altered, or stolen.

Mail-in sales

Shipping arrangements are agreed in writing before you send anything; we provide a prepaid, insured label for approved mail-in sales. You are responsible for packaging cards as described in our mail-in guide. We photograph packages on opening and pay the same day we verify the cards, and never later than one business day.

Educational content

Our guides are general information about the card market, written in good faith. They are not financial, tax, or legal advice, and prices referenced may be out of date. Verify current values before making decisions.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Colorado law, Colorado Card Pros (a Colorado trade name) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this site or from any transaction, and our total liability is limited to the amount paid to you in the relevant transaction.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
